    Estimated delivery time: 10-15 days. In order to commit to our mission for a minimal impact on the environment, we produce every product as it is ordered so the production time is included in the delivery estimate.

    Tracking details with a link to the carrier will be automatically sent out for all orders.
  3. How’s the print quality?
    We use Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing. That means we can create photo-quality prints and the amount of colours used are virtually limitless. We use Kornit printers for all DTG-printed garments
  4. What size should I choose?
    We include a Size Guide table for every product, please read it carefully before ordering. For some products US customers should order a size up.
  5. Can I return this?
    If your product has a defect or any other problem or you received another zise or a completely different product, you can return it for another product or a full refund. Please read our Delivery and return policy.
  6. Why does my product smell like vinegar?
    When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual – it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it’s not permanent.
    The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
