What is “Special Guarantee”? – The Prints1 Special Guarantee is an extension of the Standard Returns Policy, applicable to selected products or product categories. We are confident in our products and we think you will enjoy them for a long time.
DTG Printed T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, T-Shirt Dresses
You can submit a return request after up to 6 months* (180 days) after purchase if:
- The design or parts of it fade away
- Any product sewed seams come off
- Product deformation
- There are no other damages caused by the user: stains, tears, obvious miss-care, others.
Manufacturing defects (misprinted/damaged/defective products) must be reported within 14 days from receiving the products, according to our Standard Delivery and Return Policy.
Sublimated T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, T-Shirt Dresses (All-over pattern prints)
You can submit a return request after up to 6 months* (180 days) after purchase if:
- The design or parts of it fade away
- Any product sewed seams come off
- Product deformation
- There are no other damages caused by the user: stains, tears, obvious miss-care, others.

Embroidered T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, T-Shirt Dresses
You can submit a return request after up to 1 year* (365 days) after purchase if:
- The embroidered design or parts of it tear out
- Any product sewed seams come off
- Product deformation
- There are no other damages caused by the user: stains, tears, obvious miss-care, attempts of cutting or removing the embroidery, others.
Manufacturing defects (misprinted/damaged/defective products) must be reported within 14 days from receiving the products, according to our Standard Delivery and Return Policy.
Ceramic and Enamel Mugs
You can submit a return request after up to 1 year* (365 days) after purchase if:
- The design starts to come off or experience discolouration
- The mug is not broken or chipped in any way
- There are no visible scratches or stains on the outside
Manufacturing defects (misprinted/damaged/defective products) must be reported within 14 days from receiving the products, according to our Standard Delivery and Return Policy.
* All request must come with product pictures from all angles and proof of purchase to be eligible for returns.
* Product discolouration is not covered by the Special Guarantee as we do not manufacture the base product and we are not in control of how you care for it. Follow our care instructions for a longer product life.
* All requests will be reviewed and accepted or declined. Do not send your product prior to our acceptance.
